Here's the basic details on the site and sale.

Hosted at National Net on a dedicated server ($790/month)

Runs on TGP Brownie (no longer supported but works fine)

I'm selling the site because I have lost interest in maintaining it. I really should have listed it for
sale 5 years ago because thats when I stopped changing the advertising. The site have been
severely neglected but because of its age and previous state it still receives enough traffic to be
re-born.

I'm only looking for serious offers from a person or company that knows exactly what this site needs
to make a come back. Because the site is not updated regularly and the advertising has not been
changed in over 5 years it does not produce a great income. ($1000.00/month) I am willing to coach
or consult the new owner on exactly what is needed to see growth in numbers and revenue if interested.
It is one of the oldest established free adult sites on the internet and this is a large consideration in the
value of the site.

My advice would be to put it on a cheaper server (there is no way you need that) and just let it run out, if you don't need fast cash. If you do, good luck. $1000 a month on that, after all these years, is not bad at all.

I highly doubt what you are saying is true since he has never allowed any java script or other suspicious programming on Thumbnailpost and I go there everyday with antivirus on and have never seen anything slightly suspicious on the site.

I am sad to here that you are letting the site go. I am still a consistent gallery submitter to thumbnail post and I am sure the submission terms will change drastically with the new ownership. In fact if I were to purchase the site I would change the submit policy too I have to say.

Thumbnailpost has been good to me for years so I wanted to wish you good luck with your sell.

Wow, I remember this site, I used to submit there pretty often and it had very nice traffic back in the day. Miss the old days, what a shame you have to sell and traffic went down.

Back in the day, you could sell a good TGP for the income of 10 months in a row. In this case it would be 10K.. but nowadays, maybe half of that.

However, the domain and the age of the site can add some value to it.

Ok with the hosting already.....

After the second comment Bill from National Net reviewed the site/contract and
emailed me to say he has adjusted the hosting to $199/month.

As usual I can't say enough about Nat Net and the crew working there, my own fault
for not requesting a review sooner.

I think the site advisor.com warning is from a virus that was hacked onto the site back
in 2005, chopped the traffic 50% in one week and after laying in a pool of my own urine
for an additional week after I moved onto other things.

4TB is not that much... With a 100mbps you can transfer 800 GB per day. (and even a little more)...

Back in the day, with galleries it was pretty common. So transferring 4TB would only take 5 days.

There are 100mbps servers for 150 dollars per month.

Exactly. No one will offer you much for it and it's best to just let it run into the ground. Lucas is wrong, we still take money after doing nothing much for 4 years.
