Real developer, Python, PHP. Can work with existing sites

I am a true programmer that can pretty much work with anything PHP or Python (if your looking for small tweaks I can work in any language really). I have been coding for the past 13 years now, the past 7 as a full time career working on mostly PHP, but recently python websites. I have experience in:

• creating custom website system with full admin control over settings and content
• create custom scripts that work with existing websites to create new functionality to make the admin's life easier
• converting PSD graphics to clean HTML, CSS, Javascript
• fixing existing Custom or Purchased systems that need help. I am not scared to work in someone elses code. Did your web guy go MIA after things got messed up or too confusing? hit me up and lets get it fixed.

My hourly rate is $60/hr, but since I know what I am doing it doesn't take me forever to get something simple done.
