My in law is Lebanese and travels a lot. Nine times out of ten she gets pulled out for an additional search. Only one of her group, every time. She says it's the price of being American and doesn't have an issue with it.
She's never lived to Lebanon, but she knows what it's like there - she has family there. She says it's a small price she pays to be an American.
