Pretty hypocritical if you ask me.

I'd say there's always a minute percentage that does meet in real life but from my own experiences on it, it's more of an exclusive social media platform of perverts, sexual fantasies, advances and sharing or favorite porn pictures more than for hooking up. It's a well-built product. Just needs some work and to clean out the "intellectual properties/ copyrighted images" strewn across the thousands of profiles. Heck, even the rout page is showing me 4 "featured members" right now that are someone else's pictures.

I could actually see it doing very well with enough work. Heck even from an affiliates perspective, the promotional possibilities inside are good.

If sales are getting enough cbs then suspended his account. Protecting your brand is not a cause of non payment! Since his traffic is legitimate then why he did not receive his earnings for several months already? And if there is a lot of complaint in that domain name of in that website then why in the world his rebills keeps coming in?

Whats the uproar about now? Andy has addressed the issue, the affiliate has acknowledged that Andy has contacted him and the payment is being made.

There is a discrepancy about the amount (15k vs 5700) but the affiliate seems to acknowledge the amount as what is owed.

No need to bitch unless the payment isn't made.

Just to clear up a misconception, there are some things that a US-based attorney can do even if the company that has failed to pay is located in the UK. For example, one can often obtain quasi in rem jurisdiction over the delinquent company's domain name in the state in which the registry is located (usually California or Alexandria, VA) and levy against it to satisfy a judgment. Something to keep in mind.
