I want to sell Whooty.com

I need some advice on putting a face value on my website. I understand how the value based on revenue works, however I am not in any position to buy quality traffic to boost revenue dramatically. That's all the website really requires as it is a complete tube site with mobile site as well and ad placements are in all the right places. The website is only making about a $100 a month which is just breaking even, but I bought the domain itself for $1k 3-4 years ago. The reason I want to sell it is because I would like to get out of the porn business all together. I am no longer interested in it or profiting from it. That being said, there has been a lot of work that has gone into this website, so I would like to know what I should ask for when selling it. Also, where should I sell it? I have never sold a website before so any and all advice is greatly appreciated.

I like it. I like the concept too, hence I bought whootybooy.com not too long ago.
I also had www.shakinass.com and sold that to someone else.

I'd love to buy it but don't have the cash right now.
