I hardly believe you will get any valid Submission, if there is no Categorie to choose from the Drop-down-Menue.....

Damn, i removed the function that load the categories list to see what was causing an error on that page, i solved the problem and totally forgot to put that peace of code back. thanks for pointing me out that nasty bug, its solved now..
