Yes is for SW , I was thinking to retire from the adult biz since poker is much more profitable. However I wouldnt sell for 6 month revenue, not making sense in my opinion.

ya would be way more than 6 months revenue, since that site has been a constant earner for years.

i always did well with the traffic i bought off you.

10 months at an absolute max.

I usually pay 6-8 months revenue for sites.

about 5-6 months revenue.

most people will want to see solid stats, meaning if you are buying $5k/mo in traffic to make $1k, no one is going to offer you $5/$6k for it. rather if your traffic is organic and been consistent you can probably get more than $6k

If it's being sold, as is, with affiliate accounts transferred, proof of stats etc, I'd say you could get 12 months revenue at least.

Not buying traffic for the site, its bookmarkers google and trades. Yea it looks like Sleazydream but I had Sleazy's permission at the time I built the site. Site has been neglcted in the past years but with proper administration can go way above 1k/month. Unfortunatelly as a poker pro don't have the time to do this anymore.

Impossible to know. A buyer would want to look at PROFIT for the last 2 years, and look at all of the books to see where you may be making or losing money, and figure out ways to boost your profits in a shorter time by increasing volume and decreasing costs (after all, he won't want to wait 2 years for his ROI if he can help it).

For a TGP site it is typically 4 to 6 months revenue, especially if you don't have any other value assets to add to the mix such as unique and exclusive content, scripts or a hot domain name.

I know that a lot of people say 12 months revenue that there is just no way anyone is going to cough up that much cash for a TGP that doesn't have anything else to offer, not even a decent domain name. It's just not going to happen.

6 top 8 months earnings if you can provide some earnings history. It also depends on billing such as are they rebills/ one time sales, what is the RRC rate and such.

if it's a really old site that's been earning the same amount consistently over the years, then it would be worth 1-3 years revenue. brand new site that just make 1k this month, then maybe 2 months tops. depends on traffic sources too though.

I would say if the interest rate is 5% so $12,000 would put the value at $240,000 take off half for the risk $120,000, then calculate costs and chances of drop income to subtract.

I think it depends on the confidence about whether the site will keep getting profits in the future. In other words, the site could go out of business tomorrow or in a few months. They want to ask questions such as: how long will the site keep making $1000/month? Is there a possibility to increase monthly profits? Is there a possibility that monthly profits will decrease? Can they extrapolate the profits in the future?

They will pay 6 - 8 months of monthly profits. This sounds reasonable.

If the revenue is slowly going down hill I would only pay for 4 - 5 months revenue, if it's at a good consistent amount I would happily pay 6 - 12 months revenue depending on advertising costs.

I was just being honest.. I clicked your link, stockings world site, the url in your sig & it jammed up on my clearing a virus at the bottom right hand screen... Sorry to have looked trolling bro

If you are known as a good guy, ill click it again for you & have a look what happened. I didnt check what it cleaned, but my virus checker is good & usually taps on anything. Must say somewhere what it was & what link it came from... Can others just give me the heads up that Sony is decent please... & luck with the sale bro

Anyone that suggests the price should be based solely on x number of months profit has no clue what they are talking about. $.02
