This doesnt make sense....you ask for people to send you emails and that payments will be made in full. Old affiliates do this expecting to get paid and then you "supposedly" pay some but others get nothing.

Was this a sick joke on affiliates you burned....burning them twice?

Are you planning on paying or not?
