Careful there. "Could have had reasonable knoledge" means what?

"Could or should have known" I accept, although now that I think about it it's not any better.

And about this epassportelawsuit.com site, this is the absolute silliest thing I've seen this week. $5 says the total will say 1 billiion sometime in the next week. Or whenever someone gets 'round to it.

And if "John Doe" doesn't know squad its a waste of time, money and effort and still would not make him liable.

As for the epassportelawsuit.com I agree, its one thing to get some insight into what's hanging in the wallets but not to start up the legal crap at the same time makes it pointless.

By the time they get ready for action it will be far to late.

Perhaps not "key knowledge". But Michael did say he had a phone conversation with the boss when he was discharged.

Now how do you think this conversation went? Like this?

Boss: Ah Hi Mike, how you doing?
Michael: Great, thanks.
Boss: Ok hold on, looking for my paper here... here it is: Due to circumstances beyond our control, and lack of funds, .. (etc) Basically your job is in motion.

No, of course not. Some key information was no doubt discussed in that phone conversation. There was also "severance" pay ssued. I dunno.

Good point. It is "Should".

Many of you just don't get it. If the actions of Epass, promoted money laundering, tax evasion and improper reporting, GOVERNMENTS will want to hang them out to dry.

MO should be staying in a country with no extradition agreements.

Reps not responsible wolfshade? Do research before making such statements.

Honestly I would be even more concerned about some pissed off Ruskies hunting me down if I was MO looking at how much some of them lost.

Which says nothing. If I sack an employee with severance pay it means I pay my dues regarding this employee no more, no less.

That still leaves him out of the loop on the key decisions and matters going on behind the scenes.

For all we know he may have some phonenumbers of a few (Prepaid?) mobile phones and thats it.

If you want legal action, start with the chamber of commerce entry for Epassporte NV. This document states Mallicks address in the US. Then get an injunction going and freeze his US accounts and assets in order to preserve the funds for the outcome of the trial.

His house may be a good start.

Oh I did no worries. Like I said before this kind of shit I have witnessed countless times before.

But if you know better perhaps you can point me to a case where a rep was successfully tried an convicted along with his boss?

Don't be ridiculous. Majority of Russian webmasters are no different from any other webmasters - they are weak fat sociopaths and many of them can't even order a pizza without having an anxiety attack.

To be able to do something to Mallick you need to have connections with crime circles in USA. And none of the Russian webmasters I heard of have them. Or you have to arrive into USA buy a gun and just kill Mallick yourself. For this some balls and experience are required otherwise you will just fail.

The probability that someone actually will go after Mallick physically is close to 0. Not even a 0.01%.

But the beauty of the situation is that anyone with brains can hurt Mallick not standing up from his computer. And keep hurting him for years, even his heirs after 20 years, if the grudge still remembered. No need to invent anything. He dishonored himself by his own actions, you only need to let people know about it. Spam it over the net, write to his friends, business associates, etc.

It's obvious he was eager to get out of adult and do some "white" business. But now he made himself more "dirty" by lying to numerous people and robbing them out of their money. I have no problem dealing with people who are involved in porn, but I definitely have problem dealing with people who do not honor their obligations and do not return the money they owe. I bet most of the businessmen think the same way. We'll see how many people wish to have business with him after he's famous as a thief and irresponsible man. Think of this - he was enjoying his vacation while thousands of people were loosing their nerve cells over this epass situation. Would you want to do business with such a person?

exactly
but if he will not pay we must also try to him to jail

I personally don't worry to give 5-10k more for this to happen. And there is a plenty of people that he owes money. So having a lawyer won't be a problem. He can only escape if he will migrate to a latin america or smth like that. But I'm sure he lives too good life in States to leave all that and run somewhere

Ok listen comrade, no mouth action required Unless you tell me you like it? Based on that you've already said, you should be feeling the lick o' fire right about now. This usually means you are doing it wrong. ;)

I'm not gonna qunote you. But you like me, right?
Yes you sit in that call center and think about how f*cked up your life is,
amd how much beter it would be if you accepted God as your saviour
and then just shut the fuck up.

Peace be with you. Ecept those who like to choke.

Or has anybody succesfully been able to used their card again at an ATM yet?

"Thursday, October 7th, 2010 is the confirmed date that the majority of cardholders will be able to access the funds on their Visa Card using their existing virtual card and/or physical card(s), without providing SKNANB further information."

Michael, wish you could rung around until everyone got their money. I sent my wire and bank details in a week ago, no reply to emails because they bounced. Nothing.
At least I wish they could reply to fucking emails, I just need to know they got it. I just want what is mine.

Those people still bothering Michael should shut the fuck up, blaming him would be the same as blaming any of the asian callcenter dudes.

Michael was just a troubleshooter which he did well over the years

I would like to know how it was possible for Michael O. to do support for epassporte for four weeks and NOT notice that wires were not sent out.

There's no way he was not in on this.

I honestly thought this would be resolved up until the bank cut off the ability to see the Virtual card balance and from then I guess I knew were things were heading.
I know this has hurt a lot of people both with their business and personal lives and I am sorry for that, it sucks it ended this way.
I do not know in details what happened but I know that Chris Mallick did everything in his power to get ePassporte back to normal but sadly it were not possible.

I had 5 fantastic years with ePassporte and I have always been happy working for ePassporte and I have never regretted contacting Chris 5 years ago asking if he needed someone on the boards a few hours a week, I figured it would be 10 hours a week for a couple of months maybe until they found a better solution never imagined it would be for so long
.
It have been a pleasure working with all the webmasters I have talked to over the years, we might not have agreed on everything but I hope we got things sorted out in the end.
Thanks for the last 5 years, there have been good times and bad times but the good times have outweighed the bad times by at least 10-1

I am going to miss you all.
Michael

Christopher Mallick probably has a whore paid for with Epass funds going down on him now.

He is probably having too much fun to even think about despite all of the threats, no one has done anything to him

I'm not accusing anyone of anything, but if Epass owed me substantial money, ANYONE apart of the company would be held responsible.

Probably one of the biggest frauds ever perpetuated and he was basically the "PR guy" that spoke on behalf of Epassporte.

Michael O wasn't a decision maker for this company, more than likely when the shit hit the fan he was just as surprised as the rest of us.

He got thrown under the bus and despite alot of heat coming down he took it like a man. It's an admirable quality.

The bottom line: Michael O wasn't lounging poolside in Cabo while everyone's funds went down the drain. While you're focused on bashing a drone this man laughs:

Don't get caught up in misdirection. Hold the person responsible, responsible. Michael O isn't flying around in a private jet, blowing money out of his ass.
