In 1995, LFP Internet Group, LLC launched HUSTLER.com to provide video and photo content to the digital world. Currently, we operate over 50 Web sites, including the popular HUSTLER.com, BarelyLegal.com and HUSTLER’sTaboo.com, as well as dating services, live cams and the HUSTLER HOLLYWOOD e-commerce store. Our affiliate program, HUSTLERCash, offers Webmasters state-of-the-art promotional tools, which empower them to add high-quality content to their pay sites in just a few clicks.

LFP Internet Group, LLC is currently seeking a Director of Business Development to provide vision and brand strategy as well as process optimization to the organization. In this role, you will collaborate with the Vice President/ General Manager regarding strategic planning efforts as well as defining direction for revenue growth and product development. If you have a strong knowledge of internet marketing and a track record of developing new business, we would like to speak with you!

Responsibilities include:

• Explore, evaluate and establish new business ideas and opportunities both in-house and external.
• Develop ideas for company products and market growth
• Perform statistical evaluation of all current projects and monitor development and trends to remain competitive within the industry
• Ensure projects meet/exceed the requirements of the company’s standards, policies and procedures
• Provide performance feedback to department heads and senior management
• Review contracts and agreements to ensure a positive impact to the company
• Maintain and manage all internet domain names registered to company along with respective DNS.
• Attend industry conventions and related functions as appropriate
• Cultivate ongoing relationships with existing and prospective partners
• Work closely with cross-divisional units involved in the development of new business and marketing for assigned products
• Provide general subject matter and expertise to other company departments and vendors

Requirements include:

• Advanced functional understanding of internet, website and technology systems
• Understanding of adult marketing fundamentals and principles
• Good communication, negotiation and analytical skills
• Strong experience interfacing with external partners and clients
• Minimum of 5 years adult internet business experience
• Minimum of 3 years internet marketing experience
