MySQL Database Administrators
Designs, analyzes, deploys, monitors, maintains and optimizes MySQL5 database servers. Analyzes requirements and produces optimal database schema. Maintains complex replication setup and manages data partitioning across multiple clusters/data centers. Refactors databases as needed to accommodate functionality changes. Works with application development to successfully implement new or modify existing features. Knows how to work with back ends such as ReturnPath system.

Strongmail Engineer/Administrators
The eMail Administrator actively monitors and maintains all aspects of the mail delivery infrastructure consisting of MS exchange, qmail and postfix. We seek the best Strongmail Administrator the industry has to offer. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience as an eMail Administrator (PHP, MySQL experience is a huge plus, but not mandatory). Must show experience with Exchange, Postfix, Qmail, as well as proprietary MTA?s Strongmail or PowerMTA.

Multiple PHP/LAMP Programmers
Develop, enhance and maintain our line of turnkey internet products as well as develop custom applications. Requires at least 2 years internet experience and programming in the following languages: PHP,Ruby, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Jquery basic knowledge of MySQL, Apache, Linux. Linux Systems Administrators
Manage 25-50 RedHat Linux Web Servers. The ideal candidate will be a Linux Admin with 5-8 years working experience on Linux, in data centers with focus on 100% uptime,2500Mbit of bandwidth and security focused. Familiar with compiling all software and kernel. Assist Senior Linux Systems Administrator with Linux Webserver installation, configuration, network scanning, troubleshooting with tools like ethereal, etherape, ngrep, netcat, etc.

Internet Affiliate Sales Managers/Online Media Buyers
Sell/Recruit potential affiliate internet partners. Establish rapport via chat/email with potential affiliate vendors and partners. Generate and follow up on leads as well as be charismatic and an out-of-the-box thinker. 3+ years experience as an online media buyer. Extensive experience purchasing and managing a variety of online media (banner, emails, pops, contextual, paid search, text links, etc.). Experience with organic search campaigns. Experience with various online deal structures including CPM, CPC, CPL and CPA.

Junior Internet Graphic Designers
Develop, enhance and maintain interactive graphic intensive websites. Desired Skills: 2+ years experience; Web site portfolio; Fluent in Photoshop, Flash, Shockwave, Illustrator, and Image Ready; Advanced scripting skills-HTML/CSS/JavaScript/CGI for Firefox and IE; Experience designing for different browser/platform configurations. Project /Practice Manager
Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client. Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards. Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. Minimizes our exposure and risk on project. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Has minimum 2 years experience managing in a technical environment.
