For those who are curious, I quoted him at $150 with a completion time of 24 hours. I stated I would make his blog accept multiple RSS feeds of the same format and make it easy for him to add or delete RSS feeds.

I will do everything I can to make it a one time job. I will also offer advice for those webmasters that need a little help programming.

Accepted payment is only paypal for now

I would say my experience with phpbb is limited to installation, but I am sure that I could dig enough through the script to do whatever you needed.
