I used to be 175lbs ripped but couldn't do serious exercise in two years due to serious injury and now I can again. But now I weigh 200lbs with very little muscle and I am a fat fuck. Lost 15 lbs so far in the last 5 weeks.
~50g carbs. No straight up bread. Nothing with sugar in it (except maybe like 1g or something). High protein and fat. Do a Walk/jog/sprint for about 2 miles every other day. You basically walk for a little bit, then jog for a bit, then do an all out sprint till you can't anymore and go back to a walk and repeat. Use app lose it to keep track of calories and weight loss. Its pretty easy to do if you stick with it. Once I get to like 155lbs (my runners body) I will then start slow bulking process till I am like ~170 and then I will be in decent shape.
