Gambling Sites In The US Question
I noticed that there is allot of forums online related to poker and other gambling games. Now these sites if you check the whois are owned by people across the US. Now a couple are located in Henderson Nevada.
My question if you run a gambling related strategy site and you don't take wagers but have ads to real gambling sites is that legal? You would make affiliate commission on those gambling sites. If you make affiliate commissions from your sites ads and live in Nevada does it make it legal if not legal in other states? |
