#2 I would use 3 to 5 keywords. You can edit your keywords anytime and we will use the updated keywords for each future monthly updates.

#3 I would watch your keyword progress and edit the keywords if your report warrants any changes. Usually no changes are needed, but it's good to have the option. I think that trying to rank one page for many keywords dillutes the effectiveness of any seo.
