Pretty interesting set up. Easy to get started and receiving links. Go with a smaller order if you have a newer site with only a few natural links already and increase it over time. If you already have a large site with 1000's of links you can go pretty hard right from the get go.

If you have domains that are parked it is possible to get them some links and get some keywords that pay search clicks enough to make up for what you spent. This is really good if you plan to sell the domains. You can show 3 months of steady traffic and PPC revenue.

Lots of different ways to use and "abuse" a service like this to your advantage profitably.
