Best way to get paid by US companies to outside US?
What do you recommend as the payment method(s) to get paid by US companies to outside US, and more exactly in my case, to EU country? All the way up to my bank account.
Cashing checks is no option around here, because the charge per check is 40 € + up to two weeks waiting time. Also US companies take from wire transfer about 30-40 $ and the minimum sums are from 100 $ to 1000 in some cases. Some alternatives I already know are ePayservice, Paxum and Payoneer. So what methods do you recommend? |

Not at all and I use them a lot - I am also very happy with them! But you asked and I replied from a risk standpoint alone.
Since you seem to be bothered by the wiretransfer fee, I would go with Paxum. If we are talking large amounts (that would be at least xx,xxx) I would do wire transfers directly to my "local" bank.

I get bank wires. There is a small charge but that's fine...

Actually prefer checks since I found a local bank that only charges a minimal fee for that.
It's always a bit of a thrill since it's usually about one person at most at any given branch that even knows how to cash a check internationally.

Paxum seems to be the favorite of adult
Payoneer for mainstream ePayservices for Russians They all use the same bank, unless something has changed On GFY, you will get the best support from Paxum, Ruth!!

I have thought that ePayservices because every US paysite supports that check option, but the whole operation is still a bit unclear to me (how it works). Currently I have opted for wire transfer if available, but paying 30-40 dollars for it and waiting account to accumulate to something like 300-500 dollars per every single paysite (besides CCBILL) is pain in the ass. And thanks for the answers so far. |

So how the sending checks actually works? Do I wait until they pop into my own mailbox and then send those back to USA of where ever, or do I update ePayservices address into my information per affiliate program?

Open a bank account in the US and deposit your checks into that account. By far the best solution. It will save you thousands of Dollars in fees every year.

Also sending checks to that ePayservice is a bit unclear. If my questions seems silly to you guys, you have to understand that I haven't seen a check in my lifetime (besides TV), they have been pretty much obsolete around here for decades. |

Yes, you can just mail them to the bank. Some banks allow you to scan them with your mobile phone.

forget about the checks, you're making it harder than it needs to be. Just go with payoneer & paxum. Simpler & cheaper than those doesn't exist. You can go to almost any ATM in the world with their cards.

Everything is done electronically in here, so it's somewhat incompatible with USA, where things are not done as electronically. Checks are practically obsolete and cash is becoming more or less obsolete with very fast pace. |

If you want to give up thousands of Dollars a year in ATM fees, sure, it's the lazy man's way.

It came into my mind from that banking topic, that US companies do pay dividents to all over the globe, so why some simple wire transfer can be so expensive for regular customers?
And US companies pay usually quarterly. I get paid by US companies 4 times a year, and it's enough to own 1 share to get paid. Something doesn't add up in here. Although they don't pay directly to me, but still. |

Since finding ePassporte and Paypal I have basically lived my banking life digitally. Sure I got burned a little when ePassporte took a shit, but in the long run I saved thousands over paying wire fees and countless hours not going to the bank with checks.
At one time I had 3 ePassporte cards and 4 accounts and each could withdrawal $5K a day. When they finally took a shit and ATM withdrawals were the only thing working. I helped a lot of people get their money out of that sinking ship. Granted I charged a fee for my services. So even though I lost my own cash that I had in one wallet that wasn't tied to a card, I was able to make way more on those fees helping others.

If the pay-out is over $2,000 bank wire. There is no access to SEPA from the US only ACH inside the USA only. |

It seems that Payoneer is easily the cheapest one if paysite supports that, and I want moneys straight into my own bank account. But they don't receive checks. I think I will go with Payoneer if paysite support that, and besides that Paxum. Although that check sending is still a bit unclear. If here is some Paxum representative, some clearing regarding this issue would be helpful. Who posts the checks for you (me, paysite), in whose name they must be or can be issued and so far. I have never even a seen check, so I am very newbie check wise.
Nevermind the check question, I will ask straight from Paxum and update the results to here, if someone else wonders the same. |

Okay, I had understood something wrong. Paxum doesn't take checks from third parties. From known options only Payoneer cashes checks. Why this has to be so fucking hard, just to get paid.

Usually when you sign up with an affiliate program the first thing you have to choose is how you're paid. Did you choose how to get paid before promoting them?

Getting paid per se, is not hard. Getting paid fluently and cost effectively is. Getting paid with 50 $ checks is not cost effectively when cashing that costs 54 $. Just hoarding sums up before payment doesn't make it any more fluently or cost effectively, other than relatively.

Basically in Canada I set up a cross border American account - overseas wire to that account then transfer it back. Prefer that method since you'll always get a confirmation number - especially since for example Russia has difficulties and tighten down their funds going out so it has to be checked and monitored.

This EFT thing is totally unfamiliar to me, I know ETF, but not EFT. I set account in your service and for withdrawal there are options like wire transfer and EFT. I fail to see what is the difference between these? And there is that authorizitation form. Does that work in EU area and to what in exactly I would be authorizing for? Why you need that for transferring money to my bank account? Thanks. |

You can put down for things like CCBill to send the checks to epayservices instead of you and once they get their, they deposit them into your account.
Works good if you are outside the US and can only get checks and the service doesn't cost that much. Like I said, I don't work for them anymore, but I will always give out any info I can to help people on GFY. I would rather work with Ruth
