Well,i think manual upload is not even needed if program have rss feed deployed for fhg's(from where clips can be downloaded and convert into flv format).Signbucks can be also used as they have rss feed for many programs.

He has asked for folk to contact him via icq. People may have valid reasons for not disclosing a site on a forum. It hasn't properly launched yet, for example.
