Bought traffic or affiliates sending, then stopping, traffic because of zero conversions

In the former case, folks will make traffic buys to boost volume before selling a site...

Well,alexa sometime shows traffic sources along other info,so if mayor traffic sources are traffic broker url then it is obvious from where traffic is coming
