I must say, I agree with you. We were recently in need of someone to do mostly grunt work. Sing up to programs, handle data imports, monitor ratios, swap out offers, get the best payouts. Obviously something we could train anyone with a bit of affiliate experience to do inside 2 weeks. If you've been around a long time and not taken that experience to start your own sites and projects in a business where the barrier of entry is so low, you are in trouble
