That would be accurate if any of the celebs hacked had failing careers. Most of the actresses hacked are still in the highlight of their careers (Lawrence won an Oscar and was nominated for 3 in her young career -- she's still only 24). A sex tape will inject some publicity into your career if you don't have anything else to boost it. It kept Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian in the spotlight when neither of them had a single marketable skill. The same can't be said about the ones that got hacked. They all have very promising careers.

I kind of doubt it, I mean on this board we all have different sensibilities because we work with adult material all the time, but I don't see any real raunchy behavior in any of these leaks, if anything they're pretty tame, certainly no behaviors that each of these celebs doesn't alude to constantly in their published material anyway. If anything it just shows they are no different than their non-celeb counterparts, except all of them are 18 and in the "real world" girls aren't waiting all that long to start sexting.

Completely agree with you here. What people do in their private lives should stay private (though I looked out of curiosity).

I do feel bad that it happened to these celebs though. Maybe they didn't know about Apple's retarded auto sync to iCloud. What if it's a case where they just do this to spice up their lives? A bit of sexting shouldn't hurt anyone.
