How we came to be.

Back in 2003 we purchased our first video chat software that turned out to be a total nightmare, it simply did not work. We then purchased another video chat software solution but this time it did work, the problem was we had to spend thousands of $ to have built a video chat website around the core software. We did well and had to move up in server size at a different hosting location in the USA. The problem came about when the dongle that enabled the software was lost and the software company instead of providing a replacement insisted we had to purchase the entire software solution again at full price, we refused and that was that.

Undeterred we kept going as we had seen the money to be made and had made some of it. We then purchased a piece of software that seemed to have everything including a populated video chat website. We made the huge mistake of trusting by believing the CEO, wow was that a mistake. Ok I know I should have got it all in writing and I do know caveat emptor (let the buyer beware) but oh well, we made yet another time consuming, frustrating, expensive mistake.

We realized our error within the first couple of days but it was then too late as we had already parted with the cash, so we continued regardless only to realize that 10 months later we had made yet another mistake by throwing good money after bad paying fees and charges that appeared from nowhere, it was simply impossible to continue any longer.
