A couple of points.First,I haveno idea why Alaska would ever want to join Russia....just secede andbe your own country. Many of America's greatest constitutional legal minds over the past couple of hundred of years disagree with you. The only legal way for a state to secede from the Union is with agreement of the other States or by revolution, which would be put down in about a day and a half.
