Can someone from Paxum (like Ruth) help me?

I'm trying to verify my Paxum account to withdrawal money that's in it...Paxum accepted my submitted documents but said I had another personal account that I would need to close before they verified me.

The problem is, that other account uses an email address I no longer have access to so I can't login and that's why I created a new Paxum account...the old Paxum account is not even verified.

Only reason I'm posting this here is because people here say Ruth is the go to person at Paxum to get shit done .

Thanks Ruth!

I actually was finally able to access that old email account, login to that old Paxum account and deactivate it like Support asked me to so I could have my account finally verified...they told me an operator would help me shortly but I just wanted to say that I did successfully deactivate the old account...and was told that my documents were accepted so I'm hoping I will be verified shortly .
