Isn't anyone else going to tell OneHungLo that other countries also let foreigners (undesirables) into their country as well? Yet their education level is much higher.

I don't think it's the people that are letting the country down but your educational system nor can you be prejudice and just blame foreigners for dropping America's intelligence.
