How to get a forum running from scratch?
Just post lots of content yourself, just as you would for a blog and then when traffic picks up people start signing up?

Actually, (Being Serious) It's pretty easy... Just 2 steps...
1) Hire a bunch of GFY "Sig Whores" (Lets be honest - We all know who they are) and give them 10 nics each... Then have them post, argue & create drama, along your forums theme.... PAY THEM A SET AMOUNT - PER POST... Then... 2) Offer OTHER 'real' POSTERS incentives to post - Such as prizes etc (Whatever) Within a few months, your forum will be active, and in the engines... At the point YOU decide, sack the sig whores, and you are off and running... Not rocket Science  |
