UK people - best mobile phone carrier (prepaid)?
Who is the best to use for prepaid mobile - mainly interested in data rather than calls.

O2 & Vodafone haven't got 3G there.
EE has. 3 should have 3G on its roaming agreement with EE. Both data and calls are going to be very patchy whichever network you go with.
