I've been involved into slimming/fitness product design for several years now, I know many of you try hard to keep up with the modern standards, shape up and things. I want to seriously ask you, if you ever experienced orgasm improvement when you were in your best physical form? Did that make any real improvement to your personal life?

From my experience, as a guy, I can only tell SOME fit women do magic with their internal muscles - most of them were fit.

If you read Reddit fitness sub reddits, one of the most common things is that as people got in better shape, it changed their sex life for the better. I'm sure overweight people enjoy sex but I'd rather be with a nice in shape girl.

I find I enjoy sex more when I'm in better shape because I feel better about myself overall and more confident. Anyone can do keigels, though.

I've read similar reports about sex being better when you lose weight, but so is everything else that requires some activity. Your body can go for longer, you have more strength, and you enjoy the activity more when you're in better shape whether you're running, walking, or sexing. That's my theory, anyway.

I totally agree with Ellie, too, being healthy and fit improves everything: stamina, energy, drive confidence, everything. That's being healthy though...peeps who go on crazy crash diets and fad diets that don't provide proper balanced nutrition to lose weight tend to have minimal sex drive. Dramatic calorie deprivation isn't all that compatible with being in the mood.
