Custom sites just don't spring up magically, and fully formed. You need to give a list of functional requirements before costings can be given. "What would xxx cost" is too vague. Like, how long is a piece of string.

Also, if you intend to make a directory site an ongoing business concern, it requires ongoing development.

The eroads.com is build in CMS wordpress, which means the cost is very low..unless people who are paying for it does not know anything about programming. You can build one equal without any knowledge in the field of programming..

About the other websites, I do not see anything spectacular. They are just a escort website which doesn't require much technology. I would say between 800 EUR and 2000 EUR (not knowing what backoffice have)

Lol, me. But I don't want to build websites..since I'm already busy in my project. But I can advise you to go to this website odesk (dot) com and hire according to your needs. They have plenty of ways for the client to be ensure that the work is done, etc.

It does not work that way.
That dropdown is native of wordpress..you don't have to download other "software". In most cases you may want to download a plugin..but that dropdown is already native of wordpress you don't have to worry.

It appears that nowomannocry saw the same wordpress site I did at eroads.com because that is what is there BUT it is not an escoret/classifies type site..

There is actually a video you can watch that takes you step by step on how to set up a word press website. The only challenge is getting the right plugins for what you want to do, and then configuring everything correctly. Just to name a few you need:

Analytics
Seo
Contact forms
Galleries
Social Media

and those are just the basic ones.

If you wanted an exact clone it could be done for next to nothing, but the most important thing is you get someone who has the knowledge to plan and execute the project correctly. Even though you want a flat rate for the project, a good consultant will always work hourly. Most of the skill involved revolves around evaluating your needs, establishing requirements, then taking some sort of agile approach to create iterations, evaluate them, and change the requirements as needed.

If you want an exact clone with no potential for changing requirements, you could pay someone $10 an hour but this is almost never the case. You realize you're not actually going to meet your needs as a businessperson and your guy gets sloppy trying to accommodate you. These things add up and most of the time a software project will actually just never get completed while you've paid for hundreds of hours of work.

On the other hand, someone might demand $200/hr but that's what someone who can manage a software project start to finish is really worth. The fact that they set themselves up to adapt easily combined with them just being better at actually writing the code may mean you get your product in 10 hours of work spread out over a week of brief meetings and evaluations instead of someone cheap going 200 hours before declaring it doomed.

Basically, don't trust anyone cheap and gauge who you go with based on how they approach estimating the price. They should be asking a lot of questions and should be able to tell you what their process is. You want to hear words like agile, scrum, etc.

That is a very good answer, although I have to say some people are in a position to charge a lower rate, because of their personal situation. I am a college student, and I build 2 to 3 "non-porno" websites a week for $$30 dollars an hour. Each sites takes me about 20 hours to build, and that is after a thorough discussion with the website owner as to his exact specifications. At the rate I charge because I am in school it is OK for my needs. I have low expenses. Plus I am trying to build a portfolio so in 6 months I can charge a higher rate.

Just because a rate is low doesn't mean that the work is substandard. People charge what they are comfortable charging, and $600 for a website is ok for now. (Mind you that is a basic website. Get into programming and it's going to be more time.)
