- all that are owed should be signing this petition... It is obvious that they are trying to muscle the bigger accounts back or not going to pay them at all.... How can they hold us hostage? They either give us our money or allow us to migrate our rebills by November 1 2014 or we all burn them down and fight with the only thing we have before they take that from us "OUR REBILLS".WHAT! do you think they will not stop our abilities to cancel rebills :/ well shit think again...they will/// sign and join ..... I have a link to the petition on change.org but I do not have enough points here to post the URL. Can I pm someone to post the link. Or like this post or whatever so I can post. This is bullshit I and will throw my $2000 a month processing with them away than to standby and be raped slowly...

we know they are reading... Dear zombaio, Most of your merchants want you to survive as much as you want to survive... But we need our pay now. MOST of us are single individuals subsidizing our family incomes not big companies that can just file BK and rename ourselves... Most will stay with you if you start to pay what you can I'm sure. Give a better effort not threaten with higher% or penalties for people that do not have you first in payment options. Pay us or Give us our rebills for migration so we can feed our families. ....to merchant, we must come together and cut them off if we are not paid by Nov 1, Some will be greatly hurt more than others. BUT TO HAVE THEM TO CONTINE TO COLLECT OUR REBILLS AND NOT PAY US IS LIKE SLAVERY OR some extreme tax. We must cut our losses and move on. WE have to make them feel a greater pain than ours. They are the ones who have feed their lavish lifestyles with our blood and sweat. Let them find some other way to pay for their Benzes and Condos... And after they fall they will try to rename lolol but we will follow them like beggers screaming their names with our palms to the sky begging for their balls, blood, life, and whatever since of dignity they have left. Maybe I'm missing something, but if they stopped paying you for rebills, what would stop you from closing the user accounts, setting up a new billing profile for the users that signed up with Zombaio?

For that matter would it not cause them a rather large issue (legally and with Visa/MC) .. If they billed people for your services and the user did not get access. Effectively this would be fraud.

Not only that just stating that they need the larger account to come back or nobody gets paid would bring with it rather large questions with their legal bound fiduciary duty & responsibility and possible misuse of said trust with regards to misappropriation of client funds. Wonder if a statement such as this (if they made one) would open the doors for legal action leading to an audit under discovery.

I have reasoned they are having issues making payments from their new terms as of nov1. They are not getting enough new business because anyone serious enough to enter this business is surely going to Google them.... Now. They have the Big accounts rebills... and if they want their money they better send zombaio more biz or zomaio will use their money to pay "active" merchant to help them stay in biz and send more biz.... I was a believer and very well one of their oldest accounts. But I think this is the end if they go with their new terms.
