but that doesn't make me understand why there are playing the game with user from gfy, and make false statements.
Do you guys realize that a lot of us rely on their epass card ? You guys seems to have a lot of dis-respect, how comes this ?
Do you realize yourself, that it will be a catastrophe for too much webmaster, direct or indirect.

Rather than bash I suggest you try.
And for those of you who did try and it rejected, read this whole thread. It only works at certain kind of atms and you have to try more than once with diff amounts.

We have decided to randomly activate atms all across north america.

Some work / some don't ... But those who find the special atms we activate will be able to withdraw money!

Sometimes you must try up to ten times, of different amounts of money

now go find your money!

Well, I was about to run for an ATM to check this, but looks like I don't have to. One thing, on Sep 4th I got a ten buck refund from a Paypal purchase to my Visa Virtual card @ Epass. It got credited to my VV account, not Wallet. Not sure what to make of all this.

that could be possible. VISA can block and unblock certain range of numbers.... meaning that for some people it will start working...
