On another forum there has been 2 people who are waiting to purchase the db over the last 4 days, with no reply from him

If he was scamming wouldn't he take there money as well?

He's probably just away from his computer for some reason.

Than should have not asked for payment yet, if not scamming than horrible work ethics! I think its pretty difficult not to respond to emails nowadays, no matter where you are.
