Adultspace.com is looking for an Affiliate Manager & Business Development

We're an online dating site and social network looking for a high energy, creative individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with affiliates and publishers. Manage their ad campaigns including optimization and reporting.
- Identify and recruit new affiliates and publishers to promote our site via forums and direct contact
- Analyze affiliate traffic, sales, and commissions
- Work closely with management to come up with new and creative additions for our site that will increase user engagement, improve conversions and other awesome ideas we just haven't thought of yet.

Requirements:
- 3 years experience with affiliate managment / online marketing
- Organized, efficient, self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Extremely tech savvy

Depending on your experience, telecommuting might be an option.
