Based on the feedback i have received from current affiliates and possible new affiliates i will not be able to take these programs were they need to be.


With all the issues we have had over the last 2/12 years mostly payment issue my contacts and new contacts have lost faith and do not trust in me. If people don't trust you they will not do business with you. That thread on gfy at the same as our promo last week about us not paying and not paying on time just did me in. I have been dealing with these payment issues for the last 2 1/2 years and it has not been addressed. If you tell affiliates you pay on a certain date do it. There is no excuse for later payments. Everyone wants sales sales sales but when things are broken internally inside programs and people don't get paid its impossible to push a product when the adult community has no faith in you.

I strongly believe Derek will make a fine sales manager and will take these programs were i can not. With him being in house you will be to communicate with him better then you could with me. He has a good rep, good communication skills and will fit in nicely with the company. But please for Derke's sake since he moved across the country please address all the issues with these programs. If you don't he will have a hell of a time on his hands.

All i ask is that i receive my final pay and then we can officially part ways. I am sorry to spring this on you all of a sudden but this has been building up over time and has come to a head this last 10 days. This is no a easy decision for me to make. I will be putting my house up for sale, turning in my car and will do a estate sale for the items in my house. Everything i worked for for the last 3 years will be gone and i will restart from scratch. But for the sake of my sanity,health,reputation and getting screamed at daily by affiliates and pressure from the office about sales its in my best interest to do this. In any biz a person is only as good as there rep and i need to protect mine if i ever wanna do anything in this biz again.

I was really sorry and surprised to hear you wanted to leave when I read your resignation email. I was also sorry you felt it had to be made public in this forum. Either way I guess thats a decision you felt was important to you . I always of course wish you the best of luck.

Sounds like new PR spin to me. *If* everyone is suddenly paid then you would be right and have reason to bitch. But you know how it goes, new guy steps in and they have to have some spin to try to turn things around.... its all lip service until there are results. Which Dwreck is putting himself on the line here, promising to pay a lot of people, and if they don't back him up it sounds like he would be in the situation you were in pretty fast.

What I find interesting was Rochard saying he needed to be paid and Dwreck confirming it. So was Rochard one of those people who had " epass as their payment info or wrong wire info" or was he just simply not paid for no reason for a long time??

It's simple. Affiliate Sends member. Affiliate gets paid commission. Affiliates should not hustle there reps to get paid they should just get fucking paid...

I have 6 Teen blogs and would have promoted TeenRevenue but after realizing people were not paid out and this thread confirms it... NO FUCKING WAY. I do not want to chase down reps to get paid.
There is no excuse in the fucking world not to pay an affiliate on time! If there is one I do not want to hear it. Cuz thats where I step off and find another company to promote.

PS: Bold step Tampatoker I am sure you tried your best.
PSII: Glad some guys kept record and finally getting paid but remember you should not have to shake anyone down to get paid your due. They should just pay you ON TIME for the sake of good business relations.

Good point, what about all of the people who do not read GFY or did not see this thread. Why can't they go through their own data and identify which accounts have balances and haven't been paid, can't be that hard. Expecting people to see this thread and asking them to post to ask to be paid what they are owed shows you really don't have a commitment to paying people. If you were committed to paying people you would have simply paid everyone owed. This is just a cheap PR stunt. Pay the few people who see the thread and ask to be paid, they reply back "paid thanks!" and it makes it looks like everyone is getting paid.
