If you are an experienced Affiliate Manager or Sales professional in the adult industry, we are looking for you.

Naughty America is one of the largest adult brands in the online market and we need someone to support our current sales team. We are looking for someone to work out of our Downtown San Diego offices.

The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for a designated group of individuals that promote Naughty America. Responsibilities will include developing a relationship and rapport with your affiliates and promote their success by providing them with the latest promotional materials, informing them of any specials or promotions, working with the affiliates to leverage advertising spaces on their sites, ect?

Requirements:
? Entrepreneurial spirit
? Self Starter / Motivated
? Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal management
? Multi-tasker
? Fluent in Online Social Medias
? Current in Social Media and Marketing trends
? Strong Sales Experience
? Online Marketing or Sales preferred
? Basic HTML experience a plus
? Photoshop experience a plus

If it wasn't inhouse I would love this job.

We are actually hiring two affiliate managers now!! It is an in-house position, but we can talk about a relocation package for the right person. San Diego is such an awesome place to live, I don't know why anyone wouldn't want to live here :)!!! Not only that, but Naughty America is such a great company to work for. I have been here for four years and I couldn't see myself working anywhere else.
