CCBill stats click tracking
I'm told this is a known issue, just wondering if I'm the only one running into it.
Signed up for a couple of programs in the last week that use CCBill only for their stats. Clicks aren't tracking at all. Put in a bug report with CCBill over the weekend. Got email on Monday that it's a known issue and will be resolved at some point, but they don't know when. Called back today, got the same response. I can't help but wonder how many other programs using ccbill links I have up that aren't tracking also. Of course I get the standard "all sales are being recorded" statement. |

Maybe you can switch to paypal? Donny can get you set up pretty well :)

CCbill is fixing the bug is what Im told, noticed that too

We discovered a small issue with a report that has now been resolved. At no time did this affect our ability to track clicks and sales.

I'm having this same problem and I'm getting sale emails from last week too.

i noticed this, but i hardly send any traffic to ccbill programs so i wasnt that worried about it

Tom got my issues resolved very quickly.
It wasn't a generalized problem. Two separate issues with two different programs I was signed up to. One didn't have click tracking enabled and the other was giving the wrong link codes on their website. Wish I'd started with Tom instead of support a week ago. Thanks. |
