I need a page for my website where I can do the following:

1. Specify one/several source video file(s) or directory! on the web server.
2. Choose watermark that will be placed on the source video(s).
3. Select the video file that will be joined with the source video(s) at the beginning.
4. Select the video file that will be joined with the source video(s) at the end.
5. Specify directory on the web server where result(s) will be saved.
6. Start button.

Fade effect transision lasting for 2.5 seconds should be added to the join places.
Specifications of the result video(s) should not differ from the source(s) (bitrate and resolution).
Processed source(s) should be moved to another directory of the web server.

How do you run your server? Which framework and database? This is 5% ffmpeg work and 95% CMS and server management.

2-4 All can be done with chained `ffmpeg -i video1.. -i video2.. output`, use `filter_complex` for the png file.
5 The source location should be stored in a database and it is a good idea to not limit it to local folder.

It is better to manage everything from another server.

Still wanted

I've made something like this in the past, I would read from the database then use a bat file please contact me. It's not just ffmpeg, there's more too it.
