How to find Affiliates without Paying platforms?

I was wondering if there is a way to find affiliates without paying platforms?
I don't know: Facebook (groups)? Twitter? GFY? Reviews website? List website?

You got your definitions right?
affiliate=worker
sponsor=employer
(in layman's terms)
Twitter is not an affiliate
Twitter is not a sponsor

Twitter is a social media type website.

What are you trying to do?

Do you want to have your own affiliate network?

It won't make sense to invest in one, but there are open source softwares out there. Keep in mind that the proof that the program is legitimate is on you.

New affiliates goes to ClickBank, forums, and YouTube videos about "how to make money online / from home". Once you have your affiliate website, either through something like CCBill or your own, you should promote it on social media. But most of the people will go first to forums and get rich networks (forums, Reddit, YouTube)

Unless a sponsor is financially stable and a known entity it's pretty hard to get good affiliates. The exception being: some new sponsor with a unique or disruptive offer. Then, maybe, someone that knows how to market successfully will give you a shot.

What have you got to sell?

HasOffers by TUNE: The Leading Performance Marketing Software < not free but sophisticated (they will allow porn -- I asked a while back)
