Do you think switching sites to HTTPS can bring down revenue on cams?
I'm not a know-it-all and just winging it for the most part. Recently chaturbate was my main source of money. I installed SSL on sites and edited .htacces so most sites are going to https://. I reindexed them with Google webmaster tools like I've done in the past etc. I run campaigns for traffic and make 75% less money.
I did a campaign on a non https site and I'm back up with money. Anyone know of something I'm missing? Thanks |
Did you notice https in main chaturbate domain?

Https is the only way to go now, when all the browsers are scaring visitors with "unsafe" security warnings.:2 cents:

https is a must for google. Google wants everything on the web to be travelling over a secure channel. That's why in the future your Chrome browser will flag unencrypted websites as insecure, displaying a red "x" over a padlock in the URL bar.

I see cam subdomains from a fairly big sponsors all NOT on https, unfortunately i am pushing them, and they acknowledge they are a little slow
