After 60 days, NATS is the standard $150 for Tier 1 clients (30 days for setup). Hosting I'm not exactly sure what the cost is, perhaps Brad can chime in with the pricing there. The design and traffic portions of the promo are piece orders, so there is not a locked in amount per month.

Nothing takes that long! As far as hosting goes, we won't charge until your move is complete from the other host. In this instance, we would move anyone "as they are" and prep the environment for all of their new other software and designs. This way you don't have to pay two hosts at once.

As for NATS, I think I mentioned above that you wouldn't receive your next invoice until 60 days after. In most cases, this is an ample amount of time to have NATS setup and running your program.
