I do FB ads and while you can't do things directly to any sort of supplement (especially for losing weight), I've done indirect things leading to supplements. It's all just about building leads that you then market the supplements to, and leads in that space can be fairly low cost.

@OP, your supplement made my day :D I just Googled the main ingredient (the picture of the key ingredient is nearly perfect and looks nothing like how they occur in nature) and it took me a second to believe that this is the same thing I had in one of the old houses I grew up!!!

Now to your question: are you looking for sales? I can't see a lot of issues here. Your product is listed on Amazon. What is stopping you from looking at mainstream traffic sources? It's not an adult product after all.

Shed more light into your expectations so I can give you some ideas.
