Need help setting up business/website

Hello to all,

I am completely new to this site and everything it has to offer and I am certainly looking to purchase a few website businesses from here. So I would like to know if there are any important factors which I need to discuss with the sellers as most things on here look to good to be true e.g Seller offering a Tube website with domain included and states it brings in $900 monthly revenue but selling it at $8000. I do not know what I need to do other than purchase a hosting plan. Please advise me on any things you can think of, it does not matter how big or small you think the advice will be, I would like to learn as much as i can.

Thank you all

If you don't know how to run a tube site (or any other type of site), buying one is not a good idea.

You'll never be able to figure out which deals are good and which ones are bad (which are most deals).

Also, never buy on revenue, only on profit which can be proven (full details of revenues and expenses).

by the sounds of it you you don't really know what you want other than to be making money from porn. I was in your shoes about 8 years ago and back then the industry was a complete cash cow but now the money is still there but harder to turn into cash. Personally rather than starting of buying sites with no idea what your doing build a few sites with wordpress and learn as you go then once you have a few sites and experience in running sites then buy sites to build your network. When i started out i paid $50 each for 5-6 websites but because i spent time learning i can build that same site in an hour and save that money. Give me a message if you would like any help or advice in building a network of sites

i would say to ask last six months stats or admin access so you can see what it really earns every month yourself

do not purchase without making sure it earns what seller said

I would look for third party stats and billing records if it's a pay site. Try to start off with a nice blog to get a feel for making content and marketing. Than grab bigger sites to add to your arsenal.
