$150 sponsored posts on high-DA sex and BDSM blogs
 

I have a trio of ancient (pre-2005) sex/porn/erotica and BDSM blogs that have more than 12k combined posts. The best of them was a rare-for-adult PR5 back when page rank was a thing; it now has a domain authority (SEOMoz DA) of 49. The other two (the BDSM ones) were PR4 and now have DA of 41 and 36.

I'm always getting inquiries from SEO folks who want to buy "permanent links" on these blogs. I do sell a few (deliberately, VERY few and expensive) front-page links at a monthly rate on prepaid six-month-minimum terms, but my product for the "permanent link" crowd is a sponsored post. I charge $150 (prepaid) for these and you get to specify your anchor text, your destination link (or two, if they're related, like your front page and an inside link), and any keywords you'd like near/adjacent to the link. I write the posts as closely as possible to match the editorial style of the rest of the posts on the blogs; buyers get to review a draft and give feedback (which I try to address) if they are unhappy, but for that price I don't engage in word-for-word rewrites with buyers. You're buying me blogging about your stuff and using a link that meets your specs; you're not buying me transcribing for you the post you'd like to see on my blogs.

All sponsored posts are identified as such with a small banner at the bottom of the post; these blogs didn't survive this long without treating readers right. For the same reason, your product/link has to be adult-oriented and (for the BDSM blogs) have something of interest to BDSM traffic.

Traffic per blog is a couple of thousand visitors per day this time of year, generating 7-8k page views. This is fundamentally an SEO offering, not a traffic offering, and is priced as such.

Just letting folks know that my sponsored post service is still available. Demand ebbs and flows; for awhile around September/October I was making people stand in line because I had five or six sponsored posts in a queue and I like to keep them no more frequent than one paid post per blog per week, but right now things have calmed down a little bit and there's currently no waiting.

One new development: There's now a 10% discount if you buy a package of three or more posts and prepay for them all at once.

Another new development: I'm actually taking a genuine vacation in April! It's not all play -- it's a long complicated road trip that's in part for the purpose of ferrying somebody else's vehicles around and in part for the purpose of cleaning up some old family business -- but I'll be away from my keyboard for weeks and seeing some excellent scenery. This offer has evolved a little bit but remains available. Price is still $200 per post at 400-500 word length, or $540 for three posts. Most clients are now preferring my "SEO special" post style, where instead of blogging about your stuff in a review-type style, I do a post about whatever the fuck I want (usually erotic art, for which I have an enduring passion) and work your link in as naturally and unobtrusively as possible.

I can of course still write about your stuff if you want, but it's an increasingly rare request these days.
