I was out of business for quite long and currently want to sell my main adult resource together with all other domains.
So, the site is Cutegirlporn.com - it's highly SE-optimized old-style multi-niche TGP with some minor trades in just 3 niches.

First of all, SE keywords (please note, that results for you may slightly differ as usual for search engines):

The total number of different SE keywords this month is 62506.

What about traffic and stability?
SE traffic is 9-11k since April, 2011 BUT take into consideration that I'm out of business for 3,5 years already indeed(was only paying for hosting). During this period there were days with 60+k SE (regretting that I most probably even didn't look into stats those days - that was good time for selling :) ). No doubts that even reasonable SEO investment can rocket this site back to the tops.
Overall traffic is 16-17k with ~2k coming from trades and the rest 3-5k are bookmarkers.
Sent to galleries daily - 28-31k.

What about profit?
Here I can't be proud that much though taking into consideration for how long I'm out of this, how many programs used on the site have gone during this time and how many galleries were expired/redirecting it's really amazing that it is still profitable.

There are numerous other sponsors that sent me some payments during last year: Spacash, Fatpays, FetishHits, HentaiBoss, Lovercash. As, once again, I was out of business and on some of aff programs my payment details weren't correct I'm working on getting more pending payouts (e.g. from Trafficcashgold, Twistyscash, 21sexturycash etc.)

Current totals for the last year are: ~$4.8k in checks and ~$2.3k in Paxum.

What the site is running on?
TGP is running on ComusThumbs and I should say that this script is bless and pain simultaneously. Bless because no other public TGP script would allow me to create that much customized structure of site allowing to boost it's SEO as well (at least at the time of site's creation, don't know if anything changed there since then). Pain because most part of this work required certain manual efforts.
In addition to that I wrote my own module for submitting galleries into ComusThumbs DB.
Really perfect thing is that once set up things are automated and after appearance on the first niche page and proving it's CTR gallery will walk through all archive pages (each page = 3 days) and eventually will get into the pool of ready to re-appear.

Some small trade that is still running in lesbian, shemale and mature niches is powered by ATX that is set up to trade per groups. I didn't become good at trading so overall productivity of trade traffic is not amazing. ATX prod parameter: Lesbian - 107 (1k in/ 1.9k out), Shemale - 175 (0.3k in/ 0.5k out), Mature - 144 (0.2k in/ 0.4k out).

What's with galleries DB?
Total number of unique galleries currently in DB: ~144k of which ~25k are still pending review. The actual total # in DB is around 206k but that's because since some moment I've introduced text listings in the bottom of first pages and that required to keep the same galleries in DB twice under different categories.
There are still some free partner submissions of 10-12 galleries daily.
I would consider approving some of those 25k pending galleries to boost SE quite seriously because each gallery contains two-links recip and it's presence is checked during submission.
Unfortunately I can't estimate total %% of FHGs in DB because there are hundreds of domains but I doubt it reaches even 20% of total approved number.
About a month ago I've started cleaning the whole DB from expired/redirecting galleries and now %% of such cases should be really minimal.

Site's layout
There are actually 2 skins applied on the site:

As mentioned above implementation of new skin under Comus would require some certain manual work and by that time I already switched to other activities.

I see two possible categories of interested buyers:
1) You're pro in CJs and want to extend your network with brand site feeding the whole network (even multi-niche) with premium SE traffic. There's no doubt you can double or even triple current profit from this site itself.
2) You're affiliate program owner/manager or just investor looking for good tramplin for the new tube site.

I didn't actually use GA on this site, all the stats mentioned above are from Awstats and ATX. Going to actually set it up tomorrow as those stats were also requested by other potential buyers and in a week can share with you some data :winkwink:

If you're talking about hosting price - noone prevents you from migrating it to your own server, it takes only ~1.5TB a month currently :winkwink:

Just wondering, because the with the screen caps you posted of affiliate stats, there is no way to know if all of the traffic is coming from this one site..

not saying you are pulling a fast one lol.. but without seeing the programs referring urls stats, it is impossible to tell.

That is a nice site BTW.. there are some dead programs on there, so whoever gets it if they clean those up when switching their codes over, it would probably provide some improved results.

5k is a bit nuts for the amount of revenue it brings in, but I would totally jump on that 2.5k offer ;)
