Need a PHP nocookie and proxy traffic redirect
 

Need a script which will detect on site load if user coming over proxy and dont have support for cookies,and then redirect it to set url in case of proxy ip/no support for cookies.
Post here if you can do it.

no cookie traffic is easy to detect...
as for proxies, there's no 100% accurate way to do that...
