Experienced online professional currently in the Toronto Canada, seeking a dynamic, full-time position with an established or emerging brand(s).

About 12 out of the last 14 years of my career have involved working with adult companies/brands. I?ve been an affiliate, I?ve helped start-up and grow networks and have considerable experience with subscription based membership sites, live cams and adult and casual dating.

I?ve held a senior position at each of the companies I?ve helped start up or worked at, reporting the CEO, and have been heavily involved at the decision making level for years.
Specialties include:

-email marketing, best practices and reputation management
-online communities and user engagement
-site monetization, retention and sustainability
-end-to-end and multi-tier marketing campaigns
-KPI review, setup and effective metrics reporting,QA
-Affiliate Sales, support and optimization

I?ve worked in online adult for so long and contributed to the online conventions many of us still use today. I simply feel more comfortable in this type of fast-paced setting, and was hoping to find something both rewarding and challenging still in our industry.
