We're hiring CREATIVE DESIGNERS for MAINSTREAM.

You should:

- Know the difference between an aesthetically pleasing design and a design that actually converts.

- Be a native speaker of English language.

- Get your priorities straight. We don't need somebody to spend 2 days on making a beautiful creative that gets no clicks. We are a performance based company. We expect results.

- This is not an ADULT position. This is for Mainstream. Our company is advertising some of the leading internet properties. Working in ADULT online is like selling sand on the beach. Your potential is limited in ADULT. In Mainstream you can really grow your talents and be rewarded for it.
