Best shopping cart e-com to use for mainstream?
Looking at Godady's shopping cart, and ecom. Are there others with better rates or options that anyone can recommend for mainstream site.

I'd say it's best to run your own with OpenCart or Prestashop or even Magento rather than those "ready made" carts which are not that flexible in options and functionality.
