don't hire any SEO, they are gonna get your site banned

just do everything yourself. make a site useful for the surfer and google will reward you. do some link exchanges with similar sites in your niche.

pornage, I have some nice expierence.

If you wanna fast results, you need a many link donors.
If you don't hurry, just make it slowly, place links one by one, make it like natural SEO... But it takes pretty much time.

Like M.A+ sad, first of all you must work on site usability and content.
Without it you can't get results using only soft SEO.
If you don't have any unique on your site, only way - black seo...

Well i have unique...every day...yesterday i didn't upload any movies onl sime pictures...but usually i upload 20-30 movies unique tittle and description.
Well,a list where i can put my back link...or a site which will let me put my url...
they are quite hard to be found, or i'am not looking hard enough perhaps.But it must be a strategy on how to look for them..

For begin, Google some lists of web directories and add your link manually.
Also post interesting comments on dofollow blogs.

I'm just not so good in free search promoting

For link exchange:

1) search google with your niche name
2) check the probale link exchange site in alexa
3) contact wemaster when you are happy

after some expensive experiences with so called SEO experts, i turned to do all SEO myself. as already said, make it naturally, useful and slow. Use(r)ful comes before meta tag optimization. And there is always something, nobody knows how google will consider it, and thats where you can test....i just play, try some crazy thing..whta the hell is SEO???

Original content and keyword/long tail keyword research.

Plus the more link-backs from happy visitors or recommendations on other websites will go a long way in boosting your PR.

Those "SEO Quick" sites are total ripoffs.

it's difficult with SEO companies. You might pay a lot of money and, as already mentioned, worst case, your site is banned, because they did too much SEO. I'm sure, that google discovers any hidden SEO on your site. And hidden SEO is always bad. Longterm SEO is a natural linkbuilding, social media, and user useful content.

You should also put some effort on doing onpage seo, it's very important. If you don't know what that means you should go on amazon(dot)com and search SEO, find "SEO 2013 And Beyond" buy/or download somewhere for free and learn it yourself.
