Its easy. The reasons are very unimportant, but he fact of Marlboroack not having received the warez legally makes him able to get a refund.

Due to I am not interested in being on one side or the other, I see it as a fact, that the HDD has not been received, there fore the risk is at seller site still. That only the seller dont want to complete the biz also is becoming clear, cause Marlboroack says clearly "deliver and receive rest payment or refund"

It was not refused twice.
I got the package and the box was OPEN and EMPTY.

I did not sign for it and it was being sent back to LLOYD.
LLOYD told me to file a claim with USPS because there is apparently insurance on the package.. USPS told me that I can't file and the sender would have to file because he is the one with the proof of insurance. Unless I have the proof of insurance I can not do anything.

I did not mention PORN to PayPal.. Plus PayPal allows adult products now since the part with EBAY. Do a GFY and Google search for confirmation.. If you were a serious business man with banking experience in this industry you should know this... LLOYD if your PayPal is really limited please post a print screen of your account. I personally do not believe it.

There was nothing from PayPal about an agreement. He's lying and I have all the PayPal dispute convos.. They just said work with the seller to get the situation resolved.

If you read my post you can see that PayPal closed the claim as me receiving merchandise with bad quality.. I opened the claim as Empty Box + Externally Damaged. There was not even any merchandise from Lloyd received.

Your WHOIS information was taken from YOUR DOMAIN that is on HIS AFFILIATE PROGRAM. Clearly you work with the guy in Las Vegas.

At this point I don't care about the content or refund anymore. The guy fucked me and a lot of other people according to the phone number I called that was on his XBIZ profile... I prob won't get my money back or the content I paid for. So unless this guy delivers the content I paid for or a refund I will accept the fact this dude screwed me out of the money and didn't want to work with me on getting it resolved.

Everyone is missing the point here that I have sent this guy money for content and have not received my content.

We are currently buying content in bulk for resale. This guy could have made 1.5K total off this deal.. if things would have gone smoothly we would have done much larger business as we have a 6 figure budget to acquire more content.

This is exactly why I only sent 50% of the payment instead of the full amount.

lloyd why dont you just provide him with half of the same content and send it again? since half was paid and make a new contract its strange that when marlboroack asks for his content or a refund you cant provide it why not just send the content again everybody is just taking sides on this with out asking themselves why you cant just send it the only reason you shouldnt send the content again is if he never sent you a dollar just provide what was paid for and finish the deal

I would be happy to create another contract that voids out the last contract for a sale of content for the 780$.

I uploaded a copy of the license to PayPal in the dispute section of the claim, and put in the notes to PayPal that if you void the license and send it I would agree to a refund, I also spoke to them on the phone and can show it in my call log, I been honest about everything,

I did not slander you. Everything I have said is true. I sent you money and I still till this day have not got any content from you that I paid for. I sent you 780$ on July 31st.. Look how long it has been. You have scammed me till I receive something.

Also.. I tried calling the new number on your XBIZ and again I got the wrong number.

This would go much more smoothly if you would just give me 780$ worth of content now and we do a new contract and I have these threads removed.

I'm at the point where I don't care about it anymore. I'm not desperate I just want people to know what happened in the transaction I did with you.

Brandon If someone sends you out the product you paid for and it gets lost in the mail, They didn't scam you, Its life things get lost, One day you wanted a refund the next you were demanding I over night you a new hard drive, I told you when I got the package back and if it was really empty i would refund you, Maybe if you were not calling me a piece of shit on ICQ i would have been nicer, By the time I realized the package was lost coming back to me you filed a claim with paypal, So i let them handle it, and they locked my paypal up for adult before I uploaded that contract to them, And yes it was and is locked up, I been using another GFY members paypal to run payments through since the day you filed the claim.

So by you calling me scammer and telling people i scammed you when in fact I did send the content out to you is slander, and you caused drama between me and people I been working with for years, they don't need you calling them.

What I did was refuse to refund you until i received the package back and when I saw that might not happen I asked for a voided license I signed for my peace of mind then I would refund you, No one scammed you, You just didn't want to wait for a refund case closed.

Everyone is missing the point here that I have sent this guy money for content and have not received my content. We are currently buying content in bulk for resale. This guy could have made 1.5K total off this deal.. if things would have gone smoothly we would have done much larger business as we have a 6 figure budget to acquire more content. This is exactly why I only sent 50% of the payment instead of the full amount.
